Rates are based on a maximum of two guests for the one BR apartment, 4 for the two BR. Each additional guest will be charged $20/night, or $100/week, or $200/month. Day guests are discouraged; if you must have day guests, you will be charged $10/day/guest.
There is a surcharge of $20 for stays of one night only.
Check-in: 4 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m. Early check in or late checkout, if available: $50
25% non-refundable deposit is required for a confirmed reservation. Balance due at check-in.
Small pets allowed, with owner's approval and $10/night or $50/week charge. Security deposit required.
Smoking allowed in common areas only.
All holidays are considered to be High Season.
Sales tax (7%) and Tourist tax (5%) added to the total.
